Prisoners' Transfers

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask His Majesty's Government, for the period from 1 April to 30 September, how many recommendations from the Parole Board to transfer prisoners to open conditions were (1) approved, and (2) rejected.
This question was answered on 26th October 2023
It has not proved possible to respond to this question in the time available before Prorogation. Ministers will correspond directly with the Member.
