Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to his statement to the House on 23 February 2026 in Hansard volume 781, column 32, by what date does he expect to launch the external recruitment campaign for the role of Director General for Propriety and Ethics.

A recruitment campaign for the permanent appointment will be launched in due course.
