To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what progress she has made on the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

We are making good progress on the delivery of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We have removed the requirement for a valid EPC to access the scheme, included air-to-air heat pumps for the first time - capable of providing heating and cooling, and increased the grant to £9,000 for those using heating oil and LPG.
