Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, if he will publish the terms of reference for the review of policy on the future UK offshore oil and gas licensing regime.

On 3 September, the Government announced that it would conduct a review of policy on the future UK offshore oil and gas licensing regime. Terms of reference and emerging findings from this review will be published in due course.
