Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, pursuant to the Answer of 21 June 2021 to Question 16009 on Building Safety Fund, when the Building Safety Fund will reopen to new applicants on a case by case basis.

Buildings that may have missed the original registration deadline for the Building Safety Fund will have a further opportunity to register. Details on how to do this will be provided in due course.
