Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether he is planning to appeal against the Information Commissioner's decision on the publication of data on people who have died while waiting for social security claims decisions.
This question was answered on 8th September 2015
There is no such decision notice from the Information Commissioner.
