UK Membership of EU: Referendums

Question to the Scotland Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what discussions he has had with Ministers from the Scottish Government on the implications of holding a referendum on the UK's membership of the EU on the same day as the elections to the Scottish Parliament.
This question was answered on 21st July 2015
The Government has amended the EU Referendum Bill so the referendum will not be held on 5 May 2016.
