Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, which units will receive Ajax as part of the Armoured Cavalry Programme.

The following units are due to receive Ajax vehicles.

• HCR – Household Cavalry Regiment
• RL – Royal Lancers
• RDG – Royal Dragoon Guards
• QRH – Queens Royal Hussars
• KRH – Kings Royal Hussars
• RTR – Royal Tank Regiment
• 26 RA - 26th Regiment Royal Artillery
• 1 RHA - 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery
• 19 RA - 19th Regiment Royal Artillery
• 22 Engrs - 22 Engineer Regiment
• 26 Engrs - 26 Engineer Regiment
• 6 REME - 6 Armoured Close Support Battalion REME
• 3 REME - 3 Armoured Close Support Battalion REME
• 1 RRF - 1st Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers
• 5 Rifles – 5 RIFLES
• 1 Mercian – Mercian Regiment
• 1 Royal Welsh - 1st Battalion The Royal Welsh
• CMC - Combat Manoeuvre Centre
• DSEME – Defence School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering
• CTS – Crew Training School [part of CMC]
