Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if she will publish the conclusions of her Department's Probation Services Review.

We have been carrying out a comprehensive review of the probation system to improve outcomes for offenders and communities while making sure public protection remains our top priority. The review is considering all aspects of the probation system, including performance and contractual arrangements. We intend to set out our next steps in due course.
