Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many foreign national offenders by country were (a) imprisoned, (b) released from prison and (c) deported in each of the last five years.

The Home Office does not disclose country specific information regarding deportation of foreign national offenders as its disclosure could prejudice relations between the UK and foreign governments.

The Ministry of Justice publishes data on foreign national offenders imprisoned on a quarterly basis which can be accessed at the following link:
