Concentrix: Complaints

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what sanctions he plans to levy against Concentrix for its failure to meet the 15 and 40 day deadline for dealing with complaints.
This question was answered on 13th March 2017
The contract between HM Revenue and Customs and Concentrix ended in November 2016 and all financial matters, including sanctions, were settled at that time.
