We want to make it easier for people to start and expand a business, to create jobs and spread prosperity. The UK is second only to the USA for growing, retaining and attracting talent. The UK is also home to 4 of the top 10 universities in the world and has the highest number of leading MBA institutions in Europe. This provides businesses access to a large pool of highly educated work-ready graduates from the UK and abroad. The Department for International Trade is working closely with the Home Office; we are looking into a range of options for our future trade policy.
