Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to his Answer of 1 March 2017 to Question 65508, what assumption about the notional amount of council tax for 2019-20 was included in the submission of 9 February 2017; and what criteria he will use to evaluate the financial case without making any such assumption himself.
