To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will make the Biotronik closed loop stimulator available on the NHS.

In the absence of guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, decisions on the availability of medical devices are for individual National Health Service organisations, taking into account the available evidence.
