The Government has published the minutes of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) meetings and supporting documentation (scientific data and analysis used to inform SAGE discussions) and this can be accessed here at the following link:

https://www.gov.uk/government/groups/scientific-advisory-group-for-emergencies-sage-coronavirus-covid-19-response

SAGE provides scientific and technical advice to support Government decisions during emergencies and relies on external science advice and on advice from expert groups. During COVID-19 as new evidence or data emerges, SAGE updates its advice accordingly.

The webpage will be updated on a regular basis and the latest available evidence will be published in the coming weeks that show how our understanding of the disease has evolved.
