Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 30 November 2016 to Question 54580, which universities do not stick to the rules.

All institutions that sponsor Tier 4 students are required to undergo an annual basic compliance assessment. Details of the results of this are not made public for reasons of commercial confidentiality.
