Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many women have brought cases before employment tribunals in (a) Bradford, (b) Yorkshire and the Humber and (c) England in each year since 2008.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) do not record the number of claims broken down by gender.

Information on the total number of employment tribunal receipts in England, and the North East region, and the number of those specifically related to the national minimum wage jurisdiction, from 2012, can be found on gov.uk.

This equivalent information for the years 2008 - 2012 for the number of Minimum Wage claims received in the North East region and in England is provided in the table below.
