Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when the Government plans to respond to the Public Heatlh England Report, Disparities in the risk and outcomes of COVID-19, published in June 2020.

Following the release of the Public Health England review into disparities in the risks and outcomes of COVID-19, the Government’s Equality Hub responded on 4 June and set out how work on how to understand the key drivers and the relationships between the different risk factors will be taken forward. The work will be led by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Equalities (Kemi Badenoch MP) and supported by other Government departments and agencies.
