The Home Office provides a free Assisted Digital service for customers within the UK who don’t have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to use UK Visas & Immigration online services on their own. This service is made available to everyone who needs it, including those with learning difficulties.

A paper application form is still available for those who have difficulties with digital applications.
