Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 14 July 2021 to question 28938, Coronavirus: Vaccination, in what format is data available on the number of deaths reported of people who have died following a covid-19 vaccination.

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) publishes a weekly report of the number of suspected adverse drug reaction reports for each of the COVID-19 vaccines used in the United Kingdom, where the patient died shortly after vaccination. The weekly reports are available at the following link:

The UK Health Security Agency publishes data on COVID-19 deaths by vaccination status and by age group in the COVID-19 vaccine surveillance report, which is available at the following link:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccine-surveillance-report

This data shows deaths within 28 days of positive specimen, deaths within 60 days of a positive specimen or with COVID-19 reported on the death certificate.
