Crime: Victims

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether any amendments will be made to the Victims' Code as a result of the (a) coming into force of the EU Directive on victims' rights and (b) result of the EU membership referendum.
This question was answered on 19th October 2016
As the PM told the House on 7 September, it would not be right for this Government to give a running commentary on EU negotiations.
