Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps she is taking to ensure that the rights to support for victims of modern slavery will be maintained after the UK leaves the EU.

The UK continues to work with EU partners to tackle modern slavery and already has well-established rights and protections for victims of modern slavery and human trafficking, including through the National Referral Mechanism and the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
