To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many young people between 16-24 in (a) Wales and (b) Caerfyrddin are not in education, employment or training; and what proportion of young people between 16-24 in (a) Wales and (b) Caerfyrddin are considered NEETs.
