Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate her Department has made of the number of leaseholders whose ground rent has increased ahead of the commencement of the proposed £250 cap; and whether she plans to introduce transitional protections for leaseholders facing backdated ground rent increases.
