Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether the Chief Secretary to the Treasury has authorised a payment to Oliver Robbins following the legal action initiated by the First Division Association.

The settlement with Sir Oliver was subject to normal HR processes within the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), including the requirements set out in the Guidance on Public Sector Exit Payments.
