Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether her department has modelled the potential impact on (a) customer bills and (b) infrastructure investment of retaining within the North West water system sums currently used by United Utilities for shareholder distributions.
