Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when her Department plans to publish (a) the findings of its call for evidence on the review of UK legislation governing substances of human origin and (b) a timetable for any resulting legislative proposals.

The Department is currently analysing the submissions that it received as part of the call for evidence conducted earlier this year and will set out next steps in due course, including on the areas raised by the Hon. Member.
