Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent discussions he has had with his North Korean counterpart.

The Foreign Secretary has not had any discussions with his North Korean counterpart. Following the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) intercontinental ballistic missile test of 4 July, I summoned the DPRK Ambassador to make clear the UK's condemnation of the test as a violation of multiple UN Security Council Resolutions and a threat to regional stability and international security.
