Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of making Historic England a named body for the purposes of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.

Defra has made no such assessment as the Department is neither responsible for Historic England nor for the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
