To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what recent assessment she has made of the potential implications for her policies of the availability of housing stock.

Delivering the government’s ambitious Plan for Change milestone of building 1.5 million new homes in this Parliament will increase the availability of housing stock.
