To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 14 February 2025 to Question 30620 on Immigration: Appeals, how many appeals against administrative removal decisions have sought to rely on rights under the ECHR in the last month for which figures are available.

The requested information is not held in a reportable format. To provide this information would require a manual review of case records, which could only be done for the purpose of answering this question at disproportionate cost.
