Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many (a) pregnant women and (b) mothers of babies under two were under probation supervision in each of the last five years; how many of those women were recalled to custody; and whether the Department plans to collect data on outcomes for mothers of babies under the age of two on probation.

The information requested could not be obtained without incurring disproportionate cost.
