Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the potential effect of the changes to personal injury law and procedure announced in the 2015 Autumn Statement on the proportion of cases taken up by (a) claims management companies and (b) qualified solicitors' practices; and if he will make a statement.

The government will consult on the detail of the new reforms in due course and the consultation will be accompanied by an impact assessment.
