Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what statistical criteria the Office for National Statistics uses to determine that weekly, rather than daily, publication represents the appropriate level of granularity for mortality statistics; and whether those criteria have been published.

The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority.
