Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 27 May 2026 to Question 2243, what decisions stemmed from the initial workshop on updating the Setting Local Speed Limits and Red Light and Speed Camera guidance.

The initial workshop on 16 June 2026 formed part of the Department’s stakeholder engagement programme for updating the Setting Local Speed Limits and Red Light Speed Camera guidance. The workshop helped identify key issues for further consideration, informed the development of options for updating the guidance, and shaped the subsequent programme of work and stakeholder engagement.
