Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what recent estimate he has made of the number of wheelchair accessible homes be built by 2030.

The Government has not made a recent estimate but estimates were included in the impact assessment published when the Optional Building regulations’ standard for wheelchair accessible housing was introduced in 2015.
