Winter Fuel Payments

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will make an assessment of the administrative cost of means testing winter fuel payments.

The Confidence and Supply Agreement with the Democratic and Unionist Party, sets out that there will be no change to the universal nature of the Winter Fuel Payment.
