Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment she has made of the potential health and safety implications of restricting the use of water-fed pole systems by professional window cleaners under non-essential use drought orders.

Restrictions and exemptions are set out in the Water Resources Act 1991 and the Drought Direction 2011.
