Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Department has undertaken a review into the causes of the probation and courts IT systems failure in January 2019.

A review of the IT issues experienced in January and the resiliency of our core IT systems is currently being conducted by a Ministry of Justice Non-Executive Director and will report to the Permanent Secretary.
