Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment she has made of the effectiveness of the Government's use of mobile phone alerts to communicate health advice to the public during periods of extreme heat in 2026.

The alert to which the Hon Member refers related specifically to the risk of wildfires and did not provide general health advice.
