Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what type of proton therapy machine NHS England plans to install in (a) Manchester and (b) London.
This question was answered on 3rd March 2015
The Christie NHS Foundation Trust (Manchester) and University College Hospitals London NHS Foundation Trust, subject to HM Treasury approval, will install high energy proton beam therapy equipment.
