Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the value for money of the Housing Infrastructure Fund.

Bids for funding from the Housing Infrastructure Fund are subject to a robust assessment covering value for money, strategic fit and deliverability. On 28 January 2019, the Department published its Housing Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy that included a commitment to evaluate the Housing Infrastructure Fund.
