Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 11 February 2019 to Question 216281, how many times Companies House write to a company to remind them of their obligations before further enforcement action is taken.

Companies House aims to secure compliance with the Companies Act 2006. The manner in which a company is reminded of its legal obligations varies for each individual case.
