Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many calls to HM Revenue and Customs helplines from numbers in (a) England and (b) the Bedford 01234 area were answered in (i) less than two minutes, (ii) between two and five minutes, (iii) between six and 10 minutes, (iv) between 10 and 20 minutes, (v) between 20 and 30 minutes, (vi) between 30 and 45 minutes, (vii) between 45 minutes and one hour, (viii) more than an hour after the start of the call in each of the last six months for which figures are available.
