Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, on how many occasions court cells were made available for housing prisoners overnight in each of the last four years.
This question was answered on 5th January 2015
Court cells have not been used to hold prisoners overnight since 28 February 2008.
