Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what recent representations the Minister has received on his policy on insolvency litigation.
This question was answered on 7th January 2015
The Government has received a number of representations in relation to reforms set out in Part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders (LASPO) Act 2012. Those reforms are due to apply to insolvency litigation from April 2015.
