Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people in the London Borough of Southwark have under the terms of the Windrush Compensation Scheme been refused (a) British citizenship, (b) indefinite leave to enter the UK, (c) indefinite leave to remain in the UK, (d) limited leave to remain in the UK, (e) the right of abode in the UK and (f) any other immigration status.

The nationality and country of residence of applicants is published as part of the regular transparency data release which can be found here:https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/windrush-compensation-scheme-data-may-2021.

We do not currently record data in a way which allows us to report on the location of applicants in the UK.
