Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, in how many judicial review cases his Department has unsuccessfully intervened since 2010.

The purpose of an intervention in a judicial review should be to help the court decide the case.
Details of interventions made by this department since 2010 are not held centrally.
