Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the total household debt was in the UK on 1 April 2014.

According to the latest figures published by the Office for National Statistics, the UK’s total household debt was £1,671 billion in the second quarter of 2014.
