Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the NISTA annual report 2025-26 and dashboard, for what reason the Commentary and Costs Narrative on the Manchester Digital Campus is exempt under national security grounds.

The Manchester Digital Campus details were exempted from the NISTA report to protect national security.
